250th Anniversary of the Boston Tea Party
On December 16, 1773, over one hundred American colonists dressed as Native Americans boarded three merchant ships in Boston Harbor and dumped 342 chests of tea (valued at approximately $1.7 million in today’s currency) into the water. In honor of the upcoming 250th Anniversary of the Boston Tea Party, XV Beacon is thrilled to partner with The Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum as it takes part in one of the nation’s most iconic events and one that propelled America down the road to revolution.
