Getting to Know our XV Beacon Team Members

Meet Mark!

Mark Frishman, our hotel courtesy car driver, was hired pre-opening in 1999 and is our longest continuously working employee.  Mark defected from Russia and although didn’t speak a word of English or knew the city upon his arrival to the States, Mark studied diligently to learn all and is now extremely engaging and skillful whilst driving guests to their destination.  Filled with a wealth of Boston knowledge, Mark’s wit and insight is amazing.  Mark has the same, if not a stronger enthusiasm, in his dedication to taking care of our XV Beacon guests.  His desire to ensure our guests have the best experience possible while staying at XV Beacon and visiting our city is unparalleled.  With a 70% return guest rate, Mark has seen families blossom, remembers guests favorite music, assured them on a ride to the hospital for surgery, soothed a bride’s jitters on the way to the alter and can weave his way during rush hour to get to the Red Sox in time for opening pitch or to catch a plane.

Visit us anytime and don’t forget to hop into our courtesy Lexus and take a spin with Mark!
