Fourth of July in Boston

The Boston Pops 4th of July 2019 mark the beginning of the celebration, and once darkness has fallen, the fireworks in Boston finish off the festivities. While many locals leave the city for the beaches over this long weekend, more and more are staying to enjoy the multi-day 4th of July celebration called Harborfest. Come enjoy the 4th of July with us at XV Beacon and view the famous fireworks on the Charles River from our private rooftop garden.

The Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular is the country’s largest and oldest public Fourth of July events and one of the largest annual outdoor concerts anywhere in the world. As the first city to officially designate Fourth of July a holiday in 1783,in 1929, Authur Fiedler first took the podium to conduct the Boston Pops Orchestra’s performance of the 1812 Overture on the Esplanade. This year’s events will kick off with the traditional F15 Eagle flyover by the 104th Fighter Wing. The Boston Pops concert will begin at 8PM under the direction of Keith Lockhart with Queen Latifah headlining this year’s show. The concert will conclude with fireworks to begin at 10:30PM.
