“This property is absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the room, no detail is overlooked. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Our room was exceptionally clean. We had a suite, but can’t remember the name. The Concierge member (I wish I could remember his name and the front desk staff, too!) was amazing and helped us find great places to eat as well as Halloween parties happening in the area. The reservations may seem expensive but you truly get what you pay for. The best hotel in Boston. Hands down. Thank y’all for everything!”
“First stay. Usually look for 5 stars near Boston Common. Found this one by chance. Nichy, boutique feel. All you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Particularly competent afternoon / evening Concierge (David). Only caveat: I think I payed extra for what they call a “Park View” room. In reality, not on the Park but about 100 yards away from it. Yes, you can see a sliver of the Park from your room. A sliver. Very good if expensive restaurant in hotel.”
