About XV Beacon:
Will the hotel arrange transportation?
Yes, the Concierge will gladly assist with airport transportation, limousines and car rentals. Please contact our team at Concierge@xvbeacon.com for assistance. Our Boston luxury hotel does have a courtesy car that does complimentary drop offs within the downtown area of the hotel, and also can drop off at Logan International airport for a flat $60 fee. We have two vehicles, a sedan and an SUV; we operate 1 vehicle per day. Advance reservations are encouraged for the use of the house vehicle during one’s stay.
Does the hotel offer dry cleaning services?
Yes, the front desk handles all laundry and dry cleaning service inquiries. Same day options available.
What is the tax on the guestrooms?
Currently, there is a 14.95% tax on our room rates. Starting October 1, 2021 there will be an additional 1.5% tourism fee added to the current rates. Therefore, guest will incur our standard 14.95% tax, plus a 1.5% tourism fee moving forward.
How can I obtain reservations/tickets to dining and the arts?
Our Concierge is happy to assist guests with ticket arrangements, as well as sightseeing tours, dining and other recreation. Please contact our team at Concierge@xvbeacon.com for assistance.
Do you offer high-speed Internet access?
Yes, XV Beacon in Boston, MA provides complimentary WiFi in all guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas throughout the hotel.
Do you have a business center?
Unfortunately, we do not have a business center on property. If you should need assistance with printing out boarding passes please contact our concierge or front desk team whom are happy to assist.
Is early check-in and late check-out available?
Yes, regular check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00, noon. To make other arrangements, please advise the reservationist when securing your room. We will be happy to accommodate special requests based on availability.
What are parking arrangements?
The hotel provides valet parking at a cost of $73 overnight, which includes unlimited in-and-out privileges. The nearest self-park garage is just a few blocks from the hotel at Center Plaza Garage. Other parking rates include:

$87 for any oversized vehicles

Yes, the hotel has three ADA-compliant rooms which are categorized as our Beacon Hill Studio ADA room accommodations.

Room service offers a variety of menus and is available 24 hours to all our in-house guests.

American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club.
Do you have a fitness facility?
Yes, we offer complimentary use of our exercise room, 24 hours a day. Free weights, a woodway treadmill, peloton bike, Hydrow rowing machine, and other cardio equipment are available, along with personal trainer sessions arranged with our concierge team.
Can I ship my packages to the hotel before my arrival?
Yes, if shipping a limited amount of packages we can store and process your packages without charge. If you are shipping several and or large packages storage and handling fees may apply. To ensure proper delivery, please be certain the name on the package(s) matches that of your reservation. Please email the concierge with any questions.
Do you allow dogs on property?
The hotel is “dog friendly” and permits any size well-behaved dog. Please note that we have a $50 pet fee to which we donate 50% of the proceeds to a local animal organization. Dogs can not be left unattended in the guestrooms under any circumstances. Dog sitting services are available and can be organized by our Concierge team. “Green space” is available just one block away on the Boston Commons.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?
For most reservations, our cancellation policy is 48-hours prior to arrival. This may vary based on rates & dates, so please check directly with us to confirm.

Yes, our higher floors are dedicated to reducing allergens and are free from dogs. We also put in air Purifiers upon request for those that want that extra comfort of knowing their guestroom is free from pets. Please reach out directly for availability and rates.

We require an official ID for check-in which can consist of a license or a passport.
How old do you have to be to check in?
You must be 21 or over to check-in and stay alone.
